Aegis Vision LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the VisionLive platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Platform. By using VisionLive, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including features accessed, session duration, and general usage patterns.
We do not store Protected Health Information (PHI). Any PHI the Platform processes during active coordination is handled transiently and is not retained.
VisionLive is built with a minimal PHI footprint. The Platform uses order numbers and facility names as identifiers. Clinician location data is used solely to calculate estimated arrival times during active coordination sessions and is not retained beyond that purpose. Any information that could constitute PHI is processed transiently to complete coordination and is not stored. VisionLive does not store patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, room numbers, diagnosis codes, or clinical notes.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; (b) manage your account and respond to your inquiries; (c) send administrative communications regarding your account or the Platform; and (d) monitor usage patterns to improve Platform performance and user experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances: (a) with your consent; (b) to comply with a legal obligation; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aegis Vision LLC, our users, or the public; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at brian@visionlive.app.
