Aegis Vision LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the VisionLive platform. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Platform. By using VisionLive, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company name.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Platform, including features accessed, session duration, and general usage patterns.
We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) of any kind.
VisionLive is architected to operate entirely without PHI. The Platform uses order numbers and facility names as identifiers. Clinician location data is used solely to calculate estimated arrival times during active coordination sessions and is not retained beyond that purpose. No patient names, medical record numbers, diagnosis codes, or other PHI are collected or stored by the Platform.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; (b) manage your account and respond to your inquiries; (c) send administrative communications regarding your account or the Platform; and (d) monitor usage patterns to improve Platform performance and user experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances: (a) with your consent; (b) to comply with a legal obligation; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aegis Vision LLC, our users, or the public; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets.
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
